The Rose Garden extends along the slopes of the Aventine near the remains of the Palatine Hill, not far from the Circus Maximus and is home to about 1100 types of roses from worldwide. May and June are the best months to enjoy the colourful flowering. Its history, which mixes with the city and some interesting personalities, is also charming. If you want to know more, read it here.
